Return & Refund Policy

At ScrubPant, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Original tags and packaging are attached.
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or embroidered products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Description of the issue

We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
